Order Selector

DPI Specialty Foods, the Northwest's leading specialty food distributor, currently seeks a motivated and experienced warehouse order selector to join our Tualatin Warehouse Team on a full-time basis. Order selectors are expected to accurately pick orders for our customers, while applying safety standards and meeting company standards of cases picked per hour.

Shift: Swing Shift- Begins at 4:00pm and ends when all orders have been picked. Must be available to work Sunday.

Compensation: The base rate is guaranteed at $11.09. In addition to the base rate, there is also a shift premium of $0.50. With our competitive incentive plan in place, Order Selectors have the opportunity to earn up to $18+ hrly based on the number of cases picked per hour. • Must have at least ONE YEAR of warehouse order selecting experience.
• Experience in the grocery/food distribution industry is a plus!
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work in a multi-temperature environment (dry/refrigerated/freezer environment).
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic communication and reading skills in English, as well as basic mathematic skills.
• Experience operating a pallet jack.
• Must be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accomodation.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
