Siebel Business Analyst

 Job Summary

 

Responsible for interacting with clients and requestors to analyze Oracle requirements and define the size, cost, and configuration of Siebel, particularly focused on Sales. Utilizing Oracle EBS R12, support internal and external sales models and work processes, develop new Oracle extensions, and configure current Oracle modules. Research and provide solutions to issues reported by the user or other team members and will document technical and user procedures and processes, test configurations, business rules, extensions, enhancements, modifications and the management of the migration process into the productive environment. Utilize Siebel Workflow Processes, Siebel Assignment manager, Business services. Establish project task lists with start and completion dates and will participate in project management activities, including task identification, work effort estimates, work schedules and tracking project progress against the plan and budget. Drive the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite, conducting periodic reviews with users and project business participants to show the latest system functionalities and validate logical and effective user workflow integration. Apply statistical skills and tools to analyze data and measure its quality, investigate gaps and discrepancies, and develop and produce data analysis reports and studies. Utilize Siebel Tools Siebel Configuration, eScript, Siebel VB, Smartscript, Siebel eConfigurator, Siebel EAI, EIM, Web Services, MSMQ, XML. Reqts: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Employer will accept a bachelor’s equivalent based on a combination of education as determined by a professional evaluation service in lieu of a bachelor’s degree) and 5 years of experience in the position offered or related position and 5 years experience must include: Siebel Tools Siebel Configuration, eScript, Siebel VB, Smartscript, and Siebel eConfigurator; Siebel Workflow Processes, Siebel Assignment Manager, Business Services; and Siebel EAI, EIM, Web Services, MSMQ, XML.
